By creating an account, generating a wallet, or using any feature of Bank of Bali (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Bank of Bali provides non-custodial software wallets. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds, your private keys, or your seed phrases beyond what is required to operate the wallet RPC service on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your seed phrase and credentials. Lost credentials cannot be recovered by Bank of Bali.
Despite its name, Bank of Bali is not a chartered bank, money transmitter, or broker-dealer. It is a software platform that integrates with third-party services (such as ChangeNOW for fiat on-ramp and crypto-to-crypto swaps) to facilitate transactions you initiate.
We do not offer interest-bearing deposits, lending, custody insurance, or fiduciary services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of any country subject to comprehensive sanctions.
Bank of Bali itself does not collect KYC information. However, third-party services we route transactions through (e.g. ChangeNOW, Guardarian, payment processors) may apply their own AML/KYC checks for fiat transactions above certain thresholds. By using those flows, you agree to comply with their requirements.
You agree not to use the Service for money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
Cryptocurrencies are volatile. The value of XMR, BTC, ETH, and other digital assets can fluctuate significantly within minutes. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your investment.
Network fees, transaction confirmation times, and protocol changes are outside Bank of Bali's control.
Swap and on-ramp fees are set by our third-party partners (currently ChangeNOW at ~0.4% spread plus network fees) and displayed before each transaction. Bank of Bali may earn a referral commission from these partners; this is built into the displayed price.
You may not (a) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code, (b) use the Service to violate any law, (c) abuse rate limits, (d) impersonate another person, or (e) use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair its operation.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bank of Bali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia (Bali jurisdiction), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Denpasar, Bali.
